An important point to remember is to find pharmaceutical grade fish oil, which is safe for consumption by adults and children alike.

This is because the oil extracted from these fish contains high levels of DHA and low levels of contaminated substances. Further molecular distillation can ensure a more refined product with almost no possibility of toxic substances like mercury.

Doctors recommend that you use an omega 3 oil supplement product made from hoki fish extracts because it has been established that DHA is more important than EPA in terms of health benefits. In addition to this, oil extracted from farmed fish should be avoided as much as possible.
